We listen, act, and transform

I am a mental health provider and private practice owner, with accessibility to care being extremely important to me. I am a LAC, SWC, and I am EMDR-trained, and HAEI-SW/AAT certified. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing complex trauma, substance misuse, mood disorders, suicidal thinking, identity conflicts, and life changes. I see folks at age 12 years and up, teens and adults of all backgrounds. I have extensive experience working LGBTQ+ individuals. My passion is set in working with, and aiding in empowerment of all people. I know what it's like to struggle to find an affordable therapist that also "gets it," so I've built my approach to practice in the way that I would like to receive care as well.

  • Initial 15 Minute Consultation: $0
  • Sliding Scale: $25 - $150
  • Individual Therapy 53-60 Minutes: $150
  • Individual Therapy 45 Minutes: $125
  • Individual Therapy 30 Minutes: $75
  • Prolonged service(s) in the outpatient setting requiring direct patient contact beyond the time of the usual service; each additional 30 minutes: $15
  • Psychotherapy Add-on, 60 minutes: $90
  • Interactive Complexity Add-on: $15
